Handango had launched very similar solution - a on-device mobile sofwtare catalog called "Handango InHand" - 3 years ago at 3GSM 2004 but Spb's solution is not based on particular mobile software shop but rather on Microsoft's Windows Mobile Marketplace that covers several sources.
